About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled commercial real estate (CRE) photographer to capture high-end imagery of properties. You will be responsible for photographing a variety of assets, including Class-A/Class-B office spaces, industrial warehouses, retail centers, multi-family developments and more. This role requires an expert understanding of architectural lighting, composition, and advanced editing techniques to showcase the property in the best possible form.
Key Responsibilities
- •Execute high-quality interior and exterior photo shoots using professional-grade equipment, focusing on composition, vertical alignment, and lighting.
- •Operate drones to capture bird’s-eye views of properties, highlighting proximity to transit, highways, and surrounding landmarks.
- •Perform advanced editing, including HDR blending, color correction, perspective distortion repair, and "virtual twilight" enhancements.
- •Capture stunning exterior shots during "blue hour" to showcase building lighting and architectural features.
- •Create 2D/3D floor plans and immersive 360-degree virtual tours (e.g., Matterport or Zillow 3D).
- •Work closely with brokers and marketing teams to understand which "hero shots" are needed for specific listing presentations and offering memorandums.
What You Bring
- •Demonstrable understanding of architectural or CRE photography.
- •Proficiency with full-frame DSLRs/Mirrorless cameras, wide-angle tilt-shift lenses, and professional lighting (strobes/speedlights).
- •Expert skills in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
