About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled contract videographer to produce cinematic property tours and promotional content on a project-by-project basis. Our focus is the commercial real estate (CRE) sector, requiring a professional who understands how to highlight the architectural value and investment potential of Class-A/Class-B office spaces, industrial warehouses, retail centers, multi-family developments and more.
Key Responsibilities
- •Film high-quality interior and exterior footage using gimbals, sliders, and drones to create smooth, professional motion.
- •Capture aerial sequences that highlight property boundaries, local infrastructure, and regional connectivity (FAA Part 107 required).
- •Edit raw footage into compelling "Property Tours" (2–3 mins) and "Teaser Clips" (15–30 seconds) with music, graphics, and transitions.
- •Source and license appropriate soundtracks; record and clean voiceover audio or "man-on-the-street" style interviews with brokers.
- •Apply professional color correction to ensure footage looks high-end and matches our brand aesthetic.
- •Integrate basic text overlays, callouts (highlighting square footage/tenant names), and animated logos into the final video.
What You Bring
- •Proficiency with 4K mirrorless/cinema cameras, DJI gimbals (Ronin series), and drone platforms (Mavic/Phantom).
- •Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Experience in After Effects is a plus.
- •Experience with aerial cinematography preferred. Candidate must be willing to obtain FAA Part 107 certification within 90 days of hire (Company will cover test and training costs).
- •Ability to independently stage interiors for motion, ensuring attention to detail (cord management, spatial flow) while maintaining visual consistency with photography and established brand guidelines.
- •Must possess reliable personal transportation capable of accommodating production equipment to and from various job sites, including remote development locations.
- •Willingness to work early mornings and evenings to capture properties under optimal lighting conditions and ensure vacancy of tenant spaces.
